Niloo Verma Bruppacher is the Group General Counsel at Crypto Finance AG. She joined the Crypto Finance Group in 2022 and leads the Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Niloo is a Swiss qualified attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Previously, she was a partner at Vyoma Partner AG. Prior to that, Niloo was a member of the Executive Board and General Counsel of Nectar Digital Wealth AG. From leading capital financing rounds, building up the corporate governance, compliance and contractual framework she was also responsible for automation of Swiss and European regulations. Prior to NectarNiloo worked at UBS for almost 10 years as Head of Legal Investment Management & Advisory as well as legal counsel for the Investment Bank covering derivatives and bank-to-bank business. Niloo started her career as a corporate finance lawyer in the Finance and M&A Legal team at VISCHER Attorneys at Law.

Niloo holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law with a Dean’s Graduate Award from the University of New York (School of Law). In 2001, she was admitted to the Zurich Bar and received the distinction of “Teilerlass”.
