Niloo Verma Bruppacher is the Chief Operating Officer, Group General Counsel, and member of the Executive Board of Crypto Finance AG.

Niloo is a Swiss qualified attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. In addition to her role as COO of Crypto Finance AG, Niloo is a member of the Board of Directors of Veraison Capital AG. She is also an appointed expert for the Financial Services Ombudsman FIN-SOM and is a member of the CMTA Advisory Corporate Committee.

Previously, Niloo was Managing Partner at the consulting firm Vyoma Partner AG. Prior to that, she was a member of the Executive Board and General Counsel at Nectar Digital Wealth AG. Niloo spent almost 10 years at UBS as Head of Legal Investment Management & Advisory, and as Legal Counsel for the Investment Bank covering derivatives and bank-to-bank business. Niloo started her career as a corporate finance lawyer in the Finance and M&A Legal team at VISCHER Attorneys at Law.

Niloo holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law with a Dean’s Graduate Award from the University of New York (School of Law). She was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2001 and received the distinction of “Teilerlass”.
