Mike Schwitalla is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Crypto Finance Group, part of Deutsche Börse Group. In this role, he is responsible for Product Development, Sales, Trading, Custody & Settlement, Infrastructure & Staking, as well as Marketing & Communications. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Crypto Finance since 1 February 2026. Mike joined Crypto Finance in 2020 and has held several senior leadership roles across trading, client management, and market access. During this time, he played a key role in expanding institutional trading activities, strengthening market access for professional clients, and scaling the firm’s commercial capabilities. With more than ten years of experience in electronic trading, liquidity management, and commercial leadership across FX and digital asset markets, Mike brings deep expertise in institutional client relationships, pricing and execution frameworks, and regulated market environments. His leadership approach is strongly clientcentric, with a clear focus on sustainable growth, robust governance, and close collaboration with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams.
